
During the training, participants deepened their understanding of cultural diversity, communication nuances, and mutual understanding, which are particularly important in everyday work with third-country nationals. Participants especially appreciated both the training content and the professionalism of the lecturers, as well as the opportunity to engage in discussions and analyse practical situations.
