The “Intelekta parks” Association offers free business consultations to Ukrainian civilians who are planning to start a business or establish a non-governmental organisation.
The first consultations took place today and were led by Andrejs Zelčs, Head of the Latgale Region at the Investment and Development Agency of Latvia and an expert in the field.
