
On 17 March 2026, the Board of the Society Integration Foundation approved the results of the competition “Organisation of Regional Events for the Development of a Family-Friendly Environment”, in which the project “A Guide to Family Safety and Resilience” by the Society “Park of Intellect” also received support.
The aim of the project is to implement a set of public activities to strengthen the safety and resilience of families in the Latgale Planning Region by promoting psychologically and emotionally supportive relationships in families with children through various safety and resilience strategies. The project seeks to create preconditions for positive child development and social integration while fostering understanding of human security at the community, regional, and national levels.
Project outcomers – the project activities will promote a friendly and supportive environment for families, enhance psychological and emotional resilience, and strengthen family safety and resilience.
Implementation locations – the cities of Daugavpils, Krāslava, and Rēzekne in the Latgale Planning Region.
Implementation period – 13 April 2026 to 14 September 2026
