Applications Open for the “Safety Academy” Event in Krāslava
On 20 August 2026, within the framework of the project “A Guide to Family Safety and Resilience”, No. 2026.LV/ĢDV/044, the Daugavpils University Lifelong Learning, Culture and Science Communication Society “Park of Intellect” is organising the “Safety Academy” event, which will provide families with a deeper understanding of human security.
The following activities will be offered during the event:
Interactive training “Safety Up Close”;
Scenario simulations “I Feel Safe at Home”;
Digital interactive activity “The Digital Citizen’s Safety Compass”;
Educational knowledge game “The Safety Code”;
Situational learning activity “Stay Safe, but Don’t Take Unnecessary Risks! How to Act to Make the Urban Environment More Friendly and Safe for Us All”.
Venue: Assembly Hall, Krāslava Gymnasium, Pils iela 5, Krāslava.
The project “A Guide to Family Safety and Resilience”, No. 2026.LV/ĢDV/044, is funded by the European Union within the framework of the European Social Fund Plus project “Development of a Family-Friendly Environment and Society”, project No. 4.3.6.9/1/24/I/001. The Daugavpils University Lifelong Learning, Culture and Science Communication Society “Park of Intellect” is responsible for the content of the project.
