The “Intelekta parks” Association continues to provide free business consultations to Ukrainian civilians within the framework of the project “Shoulder to Shoulder”, No. 2024.LV/NVO_UKR/028/L7.
On 25 August 2025, an in-person consultation was held by Andrejs Zelčs, Head of the Latgale Region at the Investment and Development Agency of Latvia and an expert in the field. During the consultation, a range of issues was discussed in detail, including the tax system, staff recruitment and business plan development.
In addition, the target audience and potential competitors were analysed, along with the range of services offered and pricing principles. The aim was to help the client position their business more effectively in the market and ensure its competitive and sustainable operation.

Сьогодні, 25 серпня, під час очної консультації, яку проводив керівник Латгальського регіону LIAA, експерт Andrejs Zelčs, детально обговорювалися різні питання: податкова система, підбір персоналу, розробка бізнес-плану.
