The general objective of the project “The Opportunity Society. Intercultural Communication Training for Professionals from Various Fields to Strengthen the Framework for the Integration of Third-Country Nationals” (hereinafter referred to as “The Opportunity Society”) is to promote the implementation of fundamental rights of third-country nationals and their integration into Latvian society by improving access to services and the quality of those services.

The specific aim of the project “The Opportunity Society” is to foster understanding of constructive dialogue between third-country nationals and Latvian society, and to enhance the knowledge of professionals from various fields regarding societal diversity and intercultural communication.

Project implementation period: September 1, 2024 – October 31, 2026.

Project budget: €253,245.46

Project funding: Co-financed by the European Union under the Asylum, Migration, and Integration Fund (75%) and the Latvian state budget (25%).
